frequently asked questions

'gigs' vs 'jobs'

Gigs are short-term, typically off-site, projects whilst 'jobs' are longer-term in-house employment contracts (full/part time).

drupaldevelopers vs other job sites

Our site users are Drupal professionals with hands-on experience and a high value for developing innovative solutions. Our 'open community' means that you can browse member profiles, leave public feedback on members you've worked with and more!

Something else we've tried to achieve on the site is simplicity; once you've signed up and logged in, posting gigs and jobs is easy; you just have to fill out a short form and press submit!  Posts are listed on just two pages and ordered by application deadline - so the gigs and jobs which need to find developers the most will float to the top of the listings.

As opposed to posting in discussion forums or akward reverse-bid freelancer sites, using drupaldevelopers will hopefully be an enjoyable experience that will lead to fostering relationships with the Drupal site development community! :)
