I have a background in software development but little hands on Drupal experience. I have a set of requirements for a project and would like to have the requirements reviewed and high level design completed including theme and module selection. I will also require a proposal for the reccomended approach in those cases where a standard module lacks the abaility to meet requirements and weather the appraoch will be to modifiy an exisiting module or develop a custom module from scratch.
