Specials/On Sale module
Ubercart currently offers no way to place products on sale. We need to develop a plug-in module that will handle this.

Front end functionality
The user would see two prices for any item that is on sale. The original price and the sale price. The original price would be struck-through and would be displayed under or next to the sale price in red.

When a product is on sale - a red triangle should appear in the top left corner with the discount percentage displaying, or the dollar value price difference (if a dollar amount is entered instead of a ercentage).

Back end functionality
Need the ability to select a product and then enter either a dollar amount or a percentage. A way to add a blanket discount would be nice (i.e. select all products in the store and apply a 20% discount to everything selected)

Also need to create a Specials page which displays all products on sale in a grid. This would be accomplished using Views so would need to expose UberCart special pricing as a field in order to accomplish this.

Expiration date is also needed for each special item.

Need ability to ensure that items on sale are exempt from any discount code reductions.
