Project Manager/PHP developer needed.

We are looking at building a web application for a transportation organization. The build will take 4 Months (this is mandated and the needed amount of developers will be acquired to completed the build in 3 months or less). Construction will start this month. Project manager/architect php developer is needed to manage the programming team. I am the manager for the customer team/overarching project and will be working side by side with you for the duration of the build.

I have strong project management skills and will probably not be a major hindrance to you as you perform excellently. I have been the “Big Boss” of an ongoing web application for 3 years and am experienced in working with project managers on larger builds. You will truly be instrumental to this build and will be respected as the lead dev on the job. Your insight and communication will heavily dictate the success of delivery.

The total hours for this project have already been guesstimated (by a third party firm) but the project manager will need to be able to provide his/her own estimate once you have seen the the total feature requirements.

Need:
1. Strong php developer
2. Strong understanding of DB schema and best practices of setting up multiple user types with roles etc.
3. Strong knowledge of drupal.
4. Strong organization and project management skill required (I mean that).

Build info
1. Application will have end user facing website and admin facing website.
2. This build is segmented into three/four major phases.
3. Build will have specialists for major components (you will manage those specialists).
4. Project manager will work with customer team manager for build requirements.
5. Project manager will have other developers as needed for his/her labor force.
6. Design/html/css will be provided but will need to be implemented into the drupal framework.
7. Build will be managed through both assembla.com and quickbase.com as the team is dispersed.
